We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

All prices for our handmade silver jewelry, minimalist silver rings, custom gemstone jewelry, and other pieces are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Section 3: Orders & Payment

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline it for any reason.

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed for shipping or custom work begins (unless otherwise specified for custom deposits).

Section 4: Shipping Policy

  • Processing Times: Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom and Made-to-Order items have varying processing times, which will be communicated at the time of order or specified on the product page.
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS for domestic and international shipments. Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.
  • Shipping Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. CONSTANCE M WEEKS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country. We are unable to pre-calculate or collect these fees.

Once an item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Loss or damage during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, though we will assist in filing claims where possible.

Section 5: Returns & Exchanges

  • Ready-to-Wear Items: We accept returns or exchanges for unworn, undamaged ready-to-wear pieces within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Final Sale on Custom Work: Due to their personalized nature, all custom gemstone jewelry and tailored pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will replace or refund it as appropriate.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Section 6: Custom Work

  • Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the estimated cost) is required to begin custom jewelry work.
  • Design Approval Process: We will provide design sketches or digital renderings for your approval. Production will not commence until final approval is received. Once approved, changes may incur additional fees.
  • Timelines: Custom work timelines vary based on complexity and material availability. An estimated completion date will be provided before the deposit is taken.

Our artisan silversmith endeavors to meet your vision while maintaining the integrity and quality of CONSTANCE M WEEKS designs. Communication is key throughout this bespoke process.

Section 7: Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content featured on this website and within CONSTANCE M WEEKS products are the intellectual property of CONSTANCE M WEEKS and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

Section 8: Limitation of Liability

CONSTANCE M WEEKS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or services, even if CONSTANCE M WEEKS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
